In order to encourage the growth of the Taiwanese creative industry and to scout for the art and design talents, Formosa provides a platform for all the Taiwanese designers and artists in the United Kingdom to showcase their pieces in London.

Formosa gathers all the academies, designers and artists together, presenting the Taiwanese creativity to the international audiences and to improve the interactions between the Taiwanese and the British creative industry.

Together with the participations of Taiwanese entries in the London Design Festival 2010, Taiwanese designs will certainly increase their exposure in the international market. Pieces from different Taiwanese designers and artists from various backgrounds will be chosen and display in Formosa, and the best ones will have the chance to be showcased in the London Design Festival in September 2010.
